The terms that apply when you use this site to ask Christina Gressianu Photographer about a portrait session.

1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Christina Gressianu LLC, 426 N Lincoln Ave, Loveland, CO 80537. Christina Gressianu Photographer is a registered trade name of Christina Gressianu LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. You must be 18 or older
This site, the inquiry form on it, and the studio’s text messages are for people 18 years of age or older. By submitting an inquiry form you confirm that you are at least 18.
3. What this site is
It is an inquiry page. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date, does not book a session, and is not a contract for photography. A session is booked only when the studio confirms it to you directly and any paperwork the studio requires is signed.
4. Prices
Nothing on this page is a price quote. Session fees, artwork and any payment terms are discussed in the consultation and set out in the studio’s own booking paperwork, which controls if it ever differs from something you read here.
5. The information you give us
Please give us accurate information, and only give us a phone number and an email address that are yours. What we do with them is described in our privacy policy.
6. Calls and text messages
When you submit an inquiry form on this site or a Facebook or Instagram inquiry form for the studio, you agree that Christina Gressianu Photographer may call and text you at the number you provided about your inquiry, including replies to your questions, scheduling messages for your consultation, and appointment reminders and confirmations, some sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from the studio. See our SMS terms for the full programme description.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services themselves.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
7. Photographs on this site
The photographs and text on this site belong to Christina Gressianu LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or use them for your own commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Your own photographs
Photographs made at your session are private. The studio does not publish or use them in advertising without your separate written permission, given after the session and freely refusable.
9. No guarantee of a booking
The studio takes a limited number of sessions and may decline an inquiry, or be unable to offer the date you want. Nothing here obliges the studio to accept a booking.
10. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Christina Gressianu LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of Larimer County, Colorado are the venue for any dispute.
